Strategic Plan

North Island College is planning for its future. In 2019, the College is examining its values, priorities and goals through an inclusive strategic planning process.

The creation of new Strategic Plan provides an important opportunity for community members to contribute to a high-level plan that sets North Island College’s major directions for serving the people and communities in our service region.

Plan20-25

Plan20-25 replaces Plan2020, which expires in March 2020. It builds on the successes of the previous plan as well as planning and implementation happening across NIC divisions, departments and campuses. Its role is to define our commitments, identify our path and document how we plan to get there.
